Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled and fully refunded if notice is given at least 5 days prior to the agreed pickup date.
If cancellation is requested between 5 and 3 days before pickup, only 30% of the order value will be refunded.
If 2 days or less remain before pickup, orders cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Returns

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable products, such as food items, cannot be returned once picked up from the store.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Cake flavor is very subjective—some people may love it while others may not. If you’re unsure about a flavor, please contact us to arrange a tasting. We’ll be more than happy to help!

Every cake is handmade and one of a kind, which is what makes it special. While we do our best to adapt to your design or idea, no two cakes will ever be exactly the same. Please share your ideas with us in advance so we can create the cake you’ve been dreaming of.
